Personalized Medical Care

Founder, Grace Cabanillas, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her NP degree from Monmouth University in New Jersey and her Bachelors in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.  Throughout her professional nursing career, Grace has worked in urgent care, primary care and long-term care in Chicago, Pennsylvania, and at one of New Jersey's top hospitals, Morristown Medical Center.   Grace has a great passion for treating her patients and advancing her knowledge in healthcare.   She focuses on treating the whole individual and their overall wellness in order to meet their lifestyle and medical needs.  She is also fluent in English and Spanish.  Outside of work, she enjoys long distance running, soccer, music, and spending time with family, friends and pets.
