Owner & Founder

Grace Cabanillas, APN-C/FPA

Founder, Grace Cabanillas, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Masters in Nursing Practice from Monmouth University in New Jersey , and her Bachelors in Nursing from DeSales University in Pennsylvania. Prior to her graduate studies, she attended the University of Maryland, College Park where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Neurobiology and Physiology. Grace has worked in urgent care, primary care and long-term care in Chicago, Pennsylvania, and at one of New Jersey's top hospitals, Morristown Medical Center. On her free time, she enjoys long distance running, spending time with family and friends, and going to music performances.
